| 1. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS |
- Hostel Form can be obtained from the Provost
Office against a sum of RS.10/-
- Forms will be issued on showing Semester
joining From/ Enrolment Slip’s Copy
- New Forms will start from Serial No.
on first come first serve basis
- No Form will be accepted from anyone on
behalf of the other student.
- Any Tempering/over writing on the official
writing will make the form Invalid.

- 02 recent photographs (1x1 inch size)
- Original Paid copy Bank Challan of Hostel
Dues & Hostel Security for new students.
- Attested photocopy of Semester Joining Form.
- CNIC/Domicile copy.
- Attested photocopy of Passport (Foreign
Students Only)
