FOR HOSTEL SEATS
RENEWAL

| All Boarders intending to
continue their hostel accommodation during
Fall-2009 Semester are advised to apply for
RENEWAL OF THEIR HOSTEL ALLOTMENT. |

| 1. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS |
- Hostel Form can be obtained from the Provost
Office against a sum of RS.10/-
- Forms will be issued to the boarder
himself only on displaying Hostel Card from 25-8-2009
to 05-09-2009.
- Forms can be submitted to the Provost
Office from September 05, 2009 to September
17, 2009 during 08.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
- Form will not be accepted from any
student on
behalf of the other boarder.
- Forms will not be issued / accepted after
the dates mentioned above as the schedule
will be followed strictly.
- Tempering/over writing on Student
Name & Registration No. will make the form Invalid.

| 2. DOCUMENTS TO ATTACH WITH
FORM |
- Original Hostel Card
- 02 recent photographs (1x1 inch size
only)
- Original Paid copy Bank Challan of Hostel
Dues.
- Receipt of payment of Mess dues up to
August 2009 or NOC from Hostel
- Attested photocopy of Semester Joining Form.
- Attestation of course written on the
back of Hostel Form by the concerned
Dean/Director/HoD.
