1. PROFESSOR (Islamic Studies/Usuluddin): (BPS-21/TTS) Male

Academic Requirements For “BPS” For “TTS”
Qualification

 Ph.D. from an HEC recognized Institution in the relevant field  Ph.D from a recognized and reputable Institution in the relevant field
Experience 15-year teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University/post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.
OR
10-year post-Ph.D teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University/post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.

11-year post-Ph.D experience or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. 
OR
7-year post-Ph.D with 12-year experience before Ph.D (i.e. 3-year before Ph.D=one-year post-Ph.D) in the relevant field in recognized university/post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.

Publications

15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in last 5 years), in HEC recognized journals.

15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in last 5 years) in internationally abstracted Journals recognized for the purpose of appointment on TTS by HEC.

2.  LECTURER (Islamic Studies/Usuluddin): (BPS-18) Female
M.S/M.Phil in relevant subject from an HEC recognized University/Institution with only one 3rd Division in the entire academic career in the relevant field (discipline).

Note:

  1. Candidates having experience in Dawah Activities in reputed institutions shall be preferred.
  2. IIU reserves the right to shortlist the candidates and to reject any/all applications without assigning any reason.
  3. Two sets of applications on the prescribed Application Form available at IIUI website hr.iiu.edu.pk duly completed in all respects along-with crossed Postal Order/Pay Order/Bank Draft for Rs.300/- in favor of International Islamic University Islamabad are required.
  4. Attested photocopies of degrees/diplomas/certificates/testimonials, domicile, CNIC, and experience certificates etc. must be attached.
  5. Candidates already working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations in Pakistan must apply through proper channel.
  6. Number of posts shall be considered according to the available position at the time of selection. The University reserves the right to cancel any advertised post without assigning any reason.
