To target that essential need of students, a seminar on Presentation Skills was organized by the Students’ Advisor Office IIUI at Female Campus.
The session was a part of a series of lectures planned under an initiative taken by the Students’ Advisor Office, to help students engage with scholars/faculty as well as to provide them with an opportunity to groom themselves through such co-curricular features of education. Students from different disciplines attended this seminar.
Ms. Amal Sayyid, Assistant Professor from the Department of English, was the Resource Person. She emphasized on providing comprehensive understanding about presentation skills and to develop proficiency in students about how to develop an effective PowerPoint presentation in an academic setting. The students were actively engaged in the session and praised the resource person for the practical tips that she provided in order to improve their presentation skills.
