A review meeting of the Steering Committee and Conveners for the preparation of IIUI 12th Convocation was chaired by H.E. Dr. Hathal Hamoud Alotaibi, Worthy President International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI). On the occasion President IIU reviewed the progress of sub-committees constituted for university convocation. The steering committee meeting was also attended by Prof. Dr. Abdul Raheman, Vice President (Academics), Prof. Dr. N.B. Jumani, Vice President Administration and Finance, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shuja Syed, Vice President Research & Enterprise, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Khan, Director (Academics & Examinations) and rest of the members of the Steering Committee that included Deans, DG’s and concerned Officers.
As per details the meeting covered tasks such as ushers for student and guest reception, gown distribution, and arrangements for VIP gowns.
It was vowed at the end of the meeting that the university will ensure a well-managed convocation to make it a memorable mega event.
The honourable IIUI President desired that he should be updated about the day to day progress and all committees must ensure exquisite arrangements of the 12th convocation.
