Shariah Academy to conduct course on family system in Islam

In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic and considering the significance of the online training activities, the Sharī‘ah Academy offered a specialized training course on “Family System in Islam”to be conducted from 18th-20th July, 2020.

The three-day course is the first of its kind and the response is very encouraging as many graduates have registered or shown interest in the course. They include graduates from India, Indian Occupied Kashmir and other brotherly Muslim countries. 

The course consists of nine themes about the concept of family in Islam, marriage contract, dower and maintenance, custody of child, divorce and iddat, inheritance and will, Family Law Ordinance,1961 and the contemporary family issues. 

The participants will be provided pre-recorded lectures along with questionnaires to be filled and submitted within due time. They will also be encouraged to raise questions and give their feedback on each and every lecture.

These lectures will be uploaded on the official YouTube Channel of the Academy and participants will be asked to listen according to schedule. After fulfilling all the pre-requisites and proper evaluation, the participants will be awarded course completion certificates.
