Regional Dawah Centre, Sindh (RDCS) of International Islamic University (IIU) organized 9th Seerah Seminar and Annual Naatiya Mushaira.
The activity was jointly organized by the Centre in collaboration with Shah Muhai ul Haq Farooqi Academy, Karachi.
The Seerah seminar was presided over by Dr. Jameel Bandhani, while Dr. Amir Abdullah Muhammadi was the Chief Guest.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Amir Abdullah said life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is all about truth and honesty. He urged upon the need of adopting these salient features of Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). On the occasion, famous religious scholar AbdulMonim Faiz shed light on the entrepreneurial aspect of the life of Holy Prophet (PBUH).
Earlier, the Incharge RDCS Dr. Aziz ur Rehman said that it is a matter of pleasure that we are able to conduct this sacred session after global pandemic in normal manner. He said Seerah is a torch to spend a successful life in the light of teachings of Islam. The program secretary was Dr. Shehzad Channa.
In the second session, Naatiya Mushaira was held in which famous poets recited their Naatiya poetry. It concluded with distribution of souvenirs to the guests.
