His Excellency, Prof. Dr. 
Suliman Abdullah Aba Al-Khail, Rector, Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMAMU) Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pro Chancellor of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) welcomed Prof. Dr. Muhammad Masoom Yasinzai, Rector and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al Draiweesh, President, IIUI in Saudi Arabia. In a meeting, Dr. Suliman felicitated Dr. Draiweesh on his appointment as President of the University for the next four years. He also praised Dr. Al Draiweesh for his outstanding services in the advancement of the University, its prosperity and acceleration for becoming the World’s leading University. He also thanked, President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Chancellor of the University His Excellency, Mamnoon Hussain and all members of the Board of Trustees for the precious trust which Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al Draiweesh has received.
He also lauded the pivotal role of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Masoom Yasinzai in order to achieve the mission and objectives of the University and expected the current leadership will help support in almost all fields of the University’s advancement and prosperity and realized that the university was created to produce scholars and practitioners, capable of catering to the economic, social, political, technological and intellectual needs of the Ummah and for this we all should join hands to accelerate on the right path.
Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al Draiweesh, President, IIUI share during the meeting that IIUI is proud of having such prudent leadership of Dr. Suliman who has a vision to nurture Muslim youth as per contemporary requirements. He realized that strengthening Pak-Saudi vision of education and explore new ways of bilateral cooperation between both universities is the continuous efforts of Dr. Suliman. Rector and President IIUI also hailed (IMAMU) for continuous support of the IIUI. He also thanked Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his maximum support and assistance to IIUI.
