A meeting was held here at Faisal Masjid campus of the university in which future plans, ongoing activities and further ways for improvements of the Higher Institute for Fatwa Studies of Shariah Academy were explored and reviewed.
The meeting was chaired by the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) President Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh who stressed on long term planning for the development of the institute. He said that IIUI is looking to make this institute a unique hub of learning for Fatwa Studies, while he also desired that comprehensive training programs be launched through the institute.
The meeting was attended by Vice President, Higher Studies and Research Dr. Muhammad Munir, Head of the Institute Dr. Abdul Hai Abro, Dean Shariah and Law Dr. Muhammad Tahir Hakeem, Director General AF&P, Khalid Mehmood Raja and Mr. Habib ur Rehman of the Shariah Academy.
