A meeting under the chairmanship of Acting President, Prof. Dr. Nabi Bux Jumani was held at the council hall of new campus to discuss SOPs and other issues related to Students Facilitation Centre.
It was also attended by Director Academics, Incharges of male and female at the facilitation centre and allied staff members. In the meeting issues at the facilitation centre and exquisite response to the students with best facilitation approach were discussed.
The chair was apprised about the performance, overall procedure, emerging issues at the new set up and overall report since inception of the newly established facilitation centre under the vision of IIUI President.
Dr. Nabi Bux Jumani directed that the students are top priority and as per instructions of the Worthy President IIUI any misbehaving attitude with students would not be tolerated. He advised dealing to the students must be in best manner and the dealing staff must also keep in mind the tone and dealing behavior while facilitating the students.
He said the officials must have all the requisite information about the queries and solution process of the students problems. He stressed on communication and coordination within the sub sections of the Academics must be strong. He said that the administration will be keenly implementing the approach of integration of the various departments such as fee, academics, exam and IT to solve issues within no time. The committee decided that a visit and a meeting at the facilitation centre shall be conducted to observe the ongoing process and listen to the issues of staff in provision of best facilitation.
