A delegation of judges of the training course of Shariah Academy titled “Judicial System of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was warmly welcomed at university in Riyadh, while and the participants also visited different courts of KSA. The course is started with the collaboration of Imam Muhammad Ibne Saud University Riyadh.
Prof. Dr. Ahmed bin Salim Al-Amri of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University welcomed the delegation. He said that this course is a bridge of cooperation between both nations and it will help in exchange of experiences. He also pointed out the advantages of the Saudi judicial and justice system in Saudi Arabia. He elaborated that Higher Institute of the Judiciary is specialized in such courses.
Afterwards, Prof. Dr. Abdul Hamid Al-Jelyukel presented the objectives of the training course, including the comprehensive knowledge of all criminal systems in the Kingdom and the judicial tribe related to criminal legislation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Munir – Vice President of the International Islamic University of Islamabad expressed thanks and happiness for the hospitality by the Imam university’s officials.
The Course resumed with a lecture by Dr. Qassim bin Musaed bin Qassim Al-Faleh, member of the faculty of the Higher Institute of the Judiciary, entitled: “Crimes of Trafficking in Persons: An Exploratory Study on International Law Compared to the Saudi System in the Field and Other Laws”.
