Iqbal International Institute for Research and Dialogue (IRD) of International Islamic University (IIU) organized the last session of the first workshop on Research Methodology in collaboration with the faculty of Social Sciences.
The Workshop was aimed at exposing the research scholars to various research methods available across the social sciences and to make them appreciate the common standard practice of knowing and doing.
In the fourth session the Resource Person, Dr Sajid Ali Yousufzai, National University of Modern Languages delivered lecture on use of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for data analysis. He also gave step-by-step instructions, along with screen shots, slides and videos, to conduct various procedures in SPSS to perform statistical data analysis.
The participants of the workshop were MS and PhD scholars from various departments including Education, History and Pakistan Studies, Politics and IR, and Media Studies.
