MS/ M.Phil (Computer Science/Software Engineering/ ITM, degree (B-grade at least 65% marks in Semester System/1st Division in Annual Exam. System) or equivalent from HEC recognized University having at least 10-year experience of designing, installation, implementation of computer software in a large organization.

OR

Master degree   in Computer Science/Software Engineering/MBA ITM, (B-grade at least 65% marks in Semester System/1st Division in Annual Exam. System) or equivalent from HEC recognized University having at least 12-year experience as software developer in a large organization. Industry standard certification e.g. OCP etc. is a plus.

2. PRINCIPAL LIBRARIAN BPS-19 MALE

Ph.D. in Library Science from a HEC recognized University with 07 years professional–cum–administrative experience. Must have computer proficiency.

OR

M.S./M.Phil degree in Library Science from an HEC recognized University with 10 years profession-cum-administrative experience. Must have computer proficiency.

OR

Master’s Degree (B-grade at least 65% marks in Semester System/1st Division in Annual Exam. System) in Library Science/ Information Sciences from a HEC recognized University with 12 years professional–cum–administrative experience in BPS-17 and above. Must have computer proficiency.

3.  ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR (ADMINISTRATION) BPS-19 (MALE)

MBA/MPA (B-grade at least 65% marks in Semester System/1st Division in Annual Exam. System) from HEC recognized University with 10 years relevant experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent.

OR

Master’s Degree (B-grade at least 65% marks in Semester System/1st Division in Annual Exam. System) from HEC recognized University or equivalent with 12 years relevant experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent.  Must have computer proficiency.

4.  DEPUTY DIRECTOR (SPORTS) BPS-18 MALE

Ph.D in (Physical Education) from HEC recognized University with 7 years relevant experience in BPS-17 and above, or equivalent, in arranging, coaching camps and workshops, planning and development of sports in the universities. Candidates having membership of International Sports Organization and with experience of organizing long term/short term training courses at National level will be preferred. (Maximum Age limit of 45 years). Must have computer proficiency.

OR

Master’s degree in relevant field (B-grade at least 65% marks in Semester System/1st Division in Annual Exam. System) from HEC recognized University with 12 years experience in BPS-17 and above, or equivalent, in arranging, coaching camps and workshops, planning and development of sports in the universities. Candidates having membership of International Sports Organization and with experience of organizing long term/short term training courses at National level will be preferred. (Maximum Age limit of 45 years). Must have computer proficiency

5.  ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (SOFTWARE) BPS-17 MALE

Master’s degree (B-grade at least 65% marks in Semester System/1st Division in Annual Exam. System) or equivalent in Computer Science/Software Engineering from a HEC recognized university.

OR

Bachelor degree (B-grade at least 65% marks in Semester System/1st Division in Annual Exam. System) or equivalent in Computer Science/Software Engineering from a HEC recognized university/ institution with two years relevant experience.

6. LIBRARIAN BPS-17 MALE

M.S./M.Phil degree in Library Science from HEC recognized University. Experience person will be preferred. Must have computer proficiency.

OR

Master’s degree (B-grade at least 65% marks in Semester System/1st Division in Annual Exam. System) or equivalent in Library Science/ Information Science from a HEC recognized University with 02 years relevant experience. Must have computer proficiency.

7.  ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (ACADEMIC COORDINATION) / PROGRAMME COORDINATOR BPS-17

Bachelor Degree (B-grade at least 65% marks in Semester System/1st Division in Annual Exam. System) in Software Engineering or Computer Science from HEC recognized Institution. Minimum of one year post qualification experience of Software Development a Software house.

9.  LAB ENGINEER (MECHANICAL ENGINEERING) BPS-17 MALE

1st Class or B-grade Bachelor degree (with at least 65% marks in Semester System 1st Division in annual exam system) in Mechanical Engineering from HEC recognized Institution. (Should also be a member of Pakistan Engineering Council)
