In pursuit of students centric approach of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) President and his vision of students facilitation, two more new banks ( Faysal Bank and Bank Al Falah) have been added for collection of fee so that students may not face any hurdles or inconvenience in fee deposit.
Male students can now deposit fee in any branch of Habib Bank Limited and Faysal Bank Limited across Pakistan without any charges. The female students can also deposit fee in any branch of the Allied Bank Limited and Bank Al- Falah Limited across Pakistan without any charges. The booth the bank will be operational by next week at the students facilitation centre, while the branch shall be inaugurated by the start of next month.
A meeting to inaugurate the addition of the new banks was chaired by President IIUI, H.E. Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi at council hall of the university. It was also attended by Vice President Administration and Finance, Dr. N.B. Jumani , Incharge Finance and his team members.
The IIUI President said that students’ facilitation is the top priority and all the advanced options to support quality education will be adopted by the university. Lauding the hard work of the team, he directed to remove all the hurdles and constraints pertaining to deposit of dues. He opined that this is the age of mobile apps and digital banking, a one click approach is necessary to facilitate the parents and the students.
On the occasion, the IIUI president was apprised that after implementation of Campus Management System, students will have the liberty to deposit fee in any bank of their own choice (across Pakistan) which are associated with the university. These four banks will include HBL, ABL, Bank Al-Falah and Faysal Bank. The IIUI President desired that the option of 4 banks to the students of both campuses must be provided as soon as possible.
