To include all aspects of the healthy lifestyle of students, International Islamic University provides state of the art Gymnasium that is directed towards the fitness and wellness through provision of Indoor gaming courts and facilities. Currently the Gymnasium is utilized solely to entertain Female Campus, where female students utilize the state of the art sports services. The facility is comprised of two parts, one is for the Indoor Games and the other one side houses the Fitness Gym. Indoor games include basketball, volleyball and handball etc. and fitness gym contains various fitness machines like treadmill, cycle, twister, elliptical stepper etc.
