Department of Bioinformatics and Biotechnology (BI&BT), IIUI (Male) organized a seminar on “Food Safety and Food Security” at new campus.
The seminar was conducted in conjunction with Pakistan Biotechnology Students Society (PBSS under the supervision of Dr. Syed Ali Imran Bokhari and Dr. Bashir Ahmad.
The Keynote Speaker and expert on the topic, Dr. Ahmed Bilal gave a nurturing talk , while it was attended by Chairman DBI&BT, Dr. Asif Mir, faculty members of the DBI&BT along with a big number of students attended the seminar.
The seminar was also addressed by Professor Dr. Zafar Mehmood Khalid, the guest speaker.
Dean FBAS, Dr. Arshad Zia, in his remarks appreciated the efforts and dynamicity of the department for students’ co-curricular learning.
