Abstract
The objective of this study is to present very simple and effective power efficient circuit topologies of a MOSFET-C filter circuit that contains only few transistors in the core circuit. The filter topologies employs the transconductances of the MOS transistors instead of physical resistors. The circuits synthesize some filtering functions and they have very demanding features such as very low-voltage and low-power operation, very small number of transistors, very small layout area and also wide frequency range compared to classical filter circuits that employ active and passive circuit elements.
