Focused Committees for Recurring Activities
Office of the Vice President (Higher Studies & Research) was renamed as Office of the Vice President (Research & Enterprise) in July 2021 after the approval of the University’s new organogram from the Board of Governors in April, 2021. Engr. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shuja Syed, who was the Vice President (Higher Studies & Research) at that time, reshaped the scope and activities of this office in accordance with the change of title.
The Office of the Vice President (Research & Enterprise) is custodian of higher studies, research, quality, enterprise and strategic planning etc. in the University. Prof. Shuja has created a multi-faceted approach to converge on the functions of this office by making a focused standing committee’s structure for the recurring activities:
