DAWAH CENTER FOR WOMEN, DAWAH ACADEMY IIUI HOLDS UMRAH TRAINING

Dawah Center for Women (DCW), Dawah Academy International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) conducted a comprehensive training program to educate and guide women on the rituals and significance of Umrah.

Prof. Dr. Amna Mehmood, In-Charge Female Campus of IIUI, delivered the keynote address during the program. She emphasized the importance of proper training before embarking on religious pilgrimages like Umrah and Hajj, underscoring how such preparation fosters a deeper connection with the spiritual essence of the journey.

The session, led by Dr. Faryal Umbreen, In-Charge, DCW, IIUI and supported by the Master Trainers of the Dawah Center for Women, meticulously detailed the various aspects of performing Umrah. Participants received hands-on guidance and theoretical insights into the spiritual journey, ensuring a thorough understanding of the rituals involved.

Participants actively engaged in the interactive session, posing questions that were comprehensively answered by the trainers. This inclusive approach ensured that all attendees left with a sense of clarity and fulfillment.

The training session concluded with providing an informal setting for attendees to reflect on the session’s learnings and exchange their thoughts with fellow participants with the objective of enhancing spiritual and practical comprehension of Umrah, thereby furthering Dawah Academy’s mission of promoting Islamic education and awareness.
