The Faculty of Arabic, in collaboration with the Directorate of Students Affairs, Female Campus organized a Naat Competition in Urdu and Arabic language, which was part of the activities going to be held in the Holy Month of Rabi-ul-Awwal at female campus.
Dr. Sumaya Chughtai Vice President Female Campus graced the event as Chief Guest. Naat Competition is one of these inter-faculty competitions, in which many female students wanted to participate. Dr. Faryal Anbarin incharge Dawah Academy, Dr. Yasmin Akhtar from Faculty of Arabic and Madam Benish Aslam from Faculty of Shariah and Law performed the duties of judgement.
In Urdu Language Naat Competition the first prize was awarded to Ayesha Khalid of Biological Sciences Department, the second prize went to Maryam Javed from the Biotechnology Department, and the third prize went to Hina Badar of Education Faculty, while the first prize in Arabic Language Naat Competition was awarded to Tayyaba Aashiq from Faculty of Arabic, the second prize went to Sakeena from the Faculty of Economics and the third prize went to Madiha from Thailand studying in Translation Department of Faculty of Arabic.
