A meeting of the committee to review the overall purchase process in the light of the infrastructural reforms conducted by the administration as per vision of Worthy IIUI President was held at new campus.
The meeting was chaired by Director Transport, Malik Yaqoob Awan.
It was also attended by Director Administration Malik Zahoor Ahmed, Incharge P&PR Nasir Farid, relevant officers and staff members.
The committee recommended that provision of best infrastructural material such as furniture and allied equipment must be ensured and there must not be any compromise on the quality. It also discussed the situation in the offices and faculties with the aspect of purchasing items. It also noted that teachers must have suitable belongings in their office at the faculty and students also must be provided with adequate furniture, appliances, lab equipment and other required material that are responsibility of the university. The committee noted that all the complaints regarding requirement of the purchase of the infrastructure and material shall be addressed on the priority basis and transparency in this process shall be monitored and ensured.
