Hostels” students organised a graceful ceremony in new campus Hostels 1-4 lawns to celebrate the Indepence Day. The forte of this function was the participation of all foreign students living in Hostels, holding their country flags and chanting slogans “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Jeeway Jeeway Pakistan”. Pakistani boarder students beautifully decorated the Hostels buildings and Hostels lawns with Pakistani Flags.
At 12:01 AM national anthem was played and all participants recited the anthem. Glittering faces of students reflected their love for Pakistan.
Later on a cake prepared like a Pakistan Flag was cut. A magnificent show of firework was also displayed.
Provost Men’s Hostels, along with Resident House Tutors and hostel staff, was also present on this occasion.
