The first meeting of the Board of Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences (FBAS) of year 2021 was held on Tuesday, February 09.
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Irfan Khan, Dean FBAS chaired the meeting. In the meeting, recommendations of Board of Studies of constituent departments and CIRBS were discussed for recommending to Academic Council and BASR of IIU. On the occasion, Prof. Dr. Irfan Khan also apprised the house of the initiatives taken by the President, IIU for uplifting the quality of teaching and research at IIU, particularly the number of MS and PhD students under supervision at one time by a faculty member and holding of regular and timely meetings of BoF. Dean FBAS also announced the dates for next three meetings of BoF in 2021.
