DAWAH ACADEMY HOLDS FIRST SEMINAR ON THE OCCASION OF 100TH TRAINING PROGRAMS

First seminar on the occasion of 100th training Programs of Dawah Academy of International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) was held at Faisal Masjid campus.

It was joined by Vice President Academics Dr. Muhammad Tahir Khalily, DG Dawah Academy Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Tahir and other speakers.

Dr Tahir Khalily said on the occasion that Muslims must adopt new advancements and technologies and they must defeat negative propaganda against Islam with the use of modern tools. He urged that Muslim must chose new techniques and modes of communication for Dawah.

Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Tahir shed light on role of seminaries in promotion of Dawah and peace. He emphasized on promotion interfaith harmony and called for discouraging sectarianism.

The event was also addressed by Maulana Tanvir Ahmed Alvi, Jamiya Muhammadia Islamabad who spoke on role of seminaries in promotion of ethical values. It was also addressed by Dr. Abu al Hassan Al-Azhari  from Jamiya Muhammadia Ghousia Bhera who discussed interfaith and intersect harmony. It was also addressed by Hafiz Muhammad Anwar.
