A meeting of the steering committee of conferences and seminars was chaired by the International Islamic University Islamabad President Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh here at new campus.
IIUI President was briefed by the steering committee relevant officials on the upcoming conferences which included a conference by faculty of Shariah and law on “Legal Education in Pakistan: Opportunities and Challenges”. He was also briefed by the organizers on an international conference on “Sunnah and contemporary Islamic societies” which will be organized by Faculty of Ussuludin.
Dawah Academy officials apprised about the theme and preparation plan of conference on “Dawah Ila Allah in the contemporary world: principles, methodologies, difficulties, and its solutions”. Faculty of Engineering Technology officials briefed on “ PDSRET 2019” conference holding in collaboration with Turkey.
The IIUI President stressed for expedite and exquisite efforts to meet the deadlines and showed satisfaction over the themes of conferences. He was of the view that these important conferences are mirror of IIUI vision, caliber and exposure. He said that all main events must be top priority of the steering and sub committees. The meeting was attended by Vice Presidents, Dean, DGs, EDs, relevant officials of the conference organizing faculties.
