Arabic Language Lab was inaugurated here at Faculty of Arabic ( Female Campus ) by President, International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) Dr. Ahmad Yousif Al-Draiweesh.
The Arabic Language Scientific Lab has been equipped and furnished under the Higher Education Commission (HEC)’s project namely “Provision of grants to repair & maintenance /up gradation of scientific equipment “granted to Dr. Ghazala Shaheen, Faculty of Arabic.
Inaugural ceremony was addressed by President IIUI, Dr. Ahmad Yousif Al-Draiweesh who congratulated the faculty.
He said that communication becomes effective with the proper usage of language. He urged that students must make best use of lab to improve communication skills. He also visited Arabic Resource Centre at Female Campus of Arabic Faculty, and hailed the faculty over its achievements.
Dean, Faculty of Arabic, Dr. Muhammad Bashir extended the closing remarks & vote of thanks to all those who contributed to make this project a success.
Dr.Aliya Akram, Chairperson of the Arabic Faculty ( Female Campus ) also shared her views on this project, and apprised about the objectives and vision of the Faculty in her speech. She also briefed about the achievements of the Arabic Faculty.
