A)           REQUIREMENT FOR THE DISCIPLINE OF SHARIAH (ISLAMIC LAW) ON “BPS”

Ph.D. in Islamic Law/Shariah or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized University/Institution with 15-years teaching/research experience with at least 8-years post Ph.D experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. Must have 15 publications (with at least 5 publications in last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.
OR
Ph.D Islamic Law/Shariah or equivalent with 10-years post-Ph.D, teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. Must have 15 publications (with at least 5 publications in last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.
OR
LLM, JD in Islamic Law/Shariah or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized University/Institution with 17-years teaching/research experience (with at least 8 years experience after LLM/JD or equivalent degree in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. Must have 15 publications (with at least 5 publications in last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.

B)            REQUIREMENT FOR ALL OTHER DISCIPLINES ON “BPS”

Ph.D from an HEC recognized Institution in the relevant field with 15-years teaching/research experience with at least 8-years post Ph.D experience in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. Must have 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.
OR
Ph.D degree in relevant field with 10-years post-PhD teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. Must have 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals.

C)            REQUIREMENT FOR ALL DISCIPLINES ON “TTS”

i)             Ph.D from a recognized and reputable Institution in the relevant field;
ii)            11-years post-Ph.D experience    OR
7 years post-Ph.D plus 12 years of experience before Ph.D
(3 years before Ph.D = one year post Ph.D in the relevant field) in a recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization;
iii)          15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the past 5 years) in internationally abstracted Journals recognized for the purpose of appointment on Tenure Track by the HEC

Ph.D in Islamic Law or equivalent from HEC recognized University/Institution with 10-years teaching/research experience with at least 4-years post Ph.D experience in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.  Must have 10 publications (with at least 4 publications in last five years) in HEC recognized Journals.
OR
Ph.D in Islamic Law with 5-years post-Ph.D teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in National or International organization. Must have 10 publications (with at least 4 publications in last five years) in HEC recognized Journals.
OR
LLM, JD in Islamic Law or equivalent from HEC recognized University/Institution with 12-years teaching/research experience with at least 4-years experience after post terminal degree level in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.  Must have 10 publications (with at least 4 publications in last five years) in HEC recognized Journals.

B)            REQUIREMENT FOR THE DISCIPLINE OF LAW ON “BPS”

Ph.D in Law or equivalent from HEC recognized University/Institution with 10-years teaching/research experience with at least 4-years post Ph.D experience in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.  Must have 10 publications (with at least 4 publications in last five years) in HEC recognized Journals.

Ph.D in Law with 5-years post-Ph.D teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in National or International organization. Must have 10 publications (with at least 4 publications in last five years) in HEC recognized Journals.

Must have 10 publications (with at least 4 publications in last 5 years) in HEC recognized journals. (Specialization Marketing or Technology Management)

E)            REQUIREMENT FOR ALL DISCIPLINES ON “TTS”

i)             Ph.D from a recognized and reputable Institution in the relevant field;
ii)            6-years post-Ph.D experience  OR
                4 years post-Ph.D plus 6 years of professional experience before Ph.D
(3 years before Ph.D = one year post Ph.D in the relevant field) in a recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or International Organization;
iii)          10 research publications (with at least 4 publications in the past 5 years) in internationally abstracted journals recognized for the purpose of appointment on TTS by the HEC.

A)           REQUIREMENT FOR THE DISCIPLINES OF ENGINEERING, INFORMATION                TECHNOLOGY & COMPUTING SCIENCES ON “BPS”

Ph.D in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution
OR
Master’s Degree (foreign) or M.S. with thesis (Pakistan) or equivalent in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 2 years post qualification teaching/research experience in a recognized university or a post graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or international organization. Persons with research experience & publications will be preferred.

B)            REQUIREMENT FOR ALL OTHER DISCIPLINES ON “BPS”

Ph.D in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
OR
Master’s degree (foreign) or M.S/M.Phil equivalent degrees awarded after 18 years of education as determined by the HEC in the relevant field from and HEC recognized University/Institution. Four years teaching research experience in a recognized university or a post-graduation Institution or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.

C)            REQUIREMENT FOR ALL DISCIPLINES ON “TTS”

  1. Ph.D from a recognized/accredited institution in the relevant field, Ph.D thesis must have been evaluated by two foreign experts.
  2. Excellent written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills.

LLM for Law and M.S/M.Phil for other disciplines in relevant subject from an HEC recognized University/Institution in “B” Grade in Semester System or 1st Division in annual system with no 3rd division in the entire academic career.

5.            SENIOR INSTRUCTOR CIVIL (ICT) (MALE) BPS-17               

1st Class B.Sc Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline. Experienced persons will be given preference.
OR
1st Class B.Tech (Hons) in relevant discipline with at least 05 years post qualification experience in teaching/industry.
