IIUI PRESIDENT INAUGURATES TWO NEW BUSES

President International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI)  inaugurated  to two buses in university fleet to facilitate students.

IIUI President said that facilitation of the students is responsibility and top priority of the university. He appreciated the team work done for the addition in the fleet. IIUI President hoped that the addition will lessen the load on the crowded routes.

On the occasion, Jahanzeb Waqas In-Charge Central Transport Unit expressed his gratitude to the IIUI President  for his commitment to develop the infrastructure of the University.

He told that two newly purchased  63-seat Hino buses has been made against payment of PKR 19 million approx. from PSDP (Public Sector Development Program) grant by Govt. of Pakistan.This addition in transport fleet will help CTU to overcome overloading issue in University vehicles, said Jehanzeb Waqas. It is pertinent to mention that IIUI is currently having largest transport fleet in twin cities to accommodate male and female students for commuting to the University. Dean Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences (FBAS) Dr. Arshad Zia , Director Administration Khalid Mehmood Raja  were also present on the occasion.
